Congratulations to the HMS High School October Students of the Month! One student is selected from each grade after being nominated by High School staff members. Students are nominated for many different reasons. Criteria can include working to the best of the student's ability, being a good role model for other students, doing well academically, having positive character, or simply having a positive attitude in class. Siouxland Ag will be coming to second grade once a month to bring agriculture into the classroom. Today, we talked about where different foods come from and made the very IOWA hungry caterpillar.
The Elementary lunch room was ROCKIN' this afternoon! HMS students earned 20,000 hawk tickets,. so they got to decorate a PBIS bookmark and jam out to some tunes for our school-wide celebration! HMS students are AWESOME!
