Kindergarten and TK also had a visit from Mrs. Kleinhesselink, the O'Brien County Naturalist, this week! The student were able to learn about the colors found in nature as well as the life cycle of a toad.

Second grade students participated in stations with Mrs. Kleinhesselink, the O'Brien County Naturalist, this week! They learned what it would be like to be an insect stuck in a spider web, observed oobleck while talking about solids and liquids, and went on a bug hunt to learn and describe the parts of an insect.

Sept. 9 - 14
The 7th and 8th graders were able to get outside yesterday with O'brien County naturalist, Lindsey Kleinhesselink, to capture, tag, and release monarch butterflies. Every class was able to capture monarchs as they are currently on their migratory path. #HawkPride
