The Second graders have been busy this week! The O'Brien County Naturalist came and talked about landforms and bodies of water. The students had the opportunity to use playdough to create different landforms and bodies of water. Additionally, they were busy wrapping up their unit on Ancient Civilizations by creating Chinese writing books and paper lanterns. The books included facts about the very first writing system. They then learned about the Chinese New Year and Diwali.
